Event Policy: There will be no refunds after May 15, 2024.

• Your son/daughter, as well as their guest, must be academically and behaviorally eligible to buy a ticket(s) for the prom. If he/she becomes ineligible after the ticket is purchased, he/she will not be able to attend the Prom and will not be refunded the cost of the ticket(s). This will be strictly enforced.
• Your son/daughter must attend school for a minimum of 3 FULL periods the date of the Junior Prom.
• Students and guests must arrive prior to 7 pm. No admittance after 7 pm.
• Alkasensors (alcohol testing devices) will be used to test everyone entering the Prom. Students will not be allowed into the Prom facility under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified immediately and must pick up their son/daughter at the door. The Code of Conduct will subsequently be enforced.
• If alcohol is found in any vehicle, all students who arrived in that vehicle will not be admitted into the prom. Parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified to pick up their son/daughter. The Code of Conduct will subsequently be enforced.
• If a student has broken a school rule at the Prom, a parent or guardian will be called to take that student home. The Code of Conduct will subsequently be enforced.

Please note, students will not be released to anyone else, including limo drivers.

• Students and guests are required to abide by the 2023-2024 Warwick Valley High School Code of Conduct at the Prom.
• There will be no refunds after May 15, 2024.
• Seating arrangements will be done online through Google Classroom. So plan your tables accordingly.
• Once a student leaves the designated Prom area at Villa Venezia, he/she will not be allowed back in.
